Delivery is free within 50km major city radius, e.g. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Klerksdorp, Mosselbay, Limpopo, Polokwane, Cape Town which includes Hermanus and George. Please note our courier does not deliver to Port Elizabeth ,all orders will be sent to your nearest post office for collection as a default delivery method. We use a reliable South African courier company that will deliver your item; you will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched from Fave You will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way and be provided with a tracking once dispatched from Fave. Courier deliveries are done most time in the mornings before 13h00. Should you city be an outlining areas for courier delivery and you wish you item to be expressed delivered, an additional fee of R99 will be charged, please select option at check-out. Should you be in an outlining area we will automatically send your item to the nearest post office for collection. Please note we use Speed services as our express delivery, all orders placed after 12:00 will only be delivered via overnight the preceding day e.g. if you place your order on Monday for express delivery before 11am you will receive your item on Wednesday morning either at the post office or delivered. Note: all orders placed after 11:00 on a Friday will only be dispatched on the Monday. Post Office delivery: We will arrange for your order to be delivered to your local post office with the SA Post Office. Make sure you check the postal code is correct at all times. It is recommended to use this form of delivery should you be in an outlining area Important information: Please note we aim to do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible and you will receive it within 5 – 6 working days subject to cleared payment, address verification, area of delivery and availability of items. In the rare event of an incorrect delivery or defective product, please go to our returns page and initiate a return request form within 3 working days of receipt of the item. Returns & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition, original box as well as clothing tags may not be removed or be altered in anyway, within 5 days of receipt, to initiate your return a return form must be completed. Fave’s exchange policy takes into consideration the elements to which swimwear and our clothing are put through, as a large determinant of the longevity of the item is placed on that of the purchaser. Therefore no manufacturing, printing or workmanship guarantees are given on any of the products. Fave only allows exchanges with regard to sizing. Upon receiving your bikini or item of clothing, you will have 2 days (48 hours) to notify us for an exchange of your bikini for a smaller or larger size. If the requested size is unavailable or out of stock, a full credit will be provided to the buyer. This credit will only be provided, should there not be a size in the style of the bikini purchased in stock. The credit can be used on any products in our store. No cash refunds will be allowed. Purchasing errors with regards to size or bikini styles lies on the responsibility of the buyer. You will be given 5 days from receiving your product to supply us with a tracking number when returning the product. Should we not receive a tracking number within this time period, the exchange/ return shall not be valid. All returning/ additional postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. Fave does allow the exchange of tops or bottoms only, however this will be done at the additional cost of R200 per bikini. This is to take into consideration the “breaking up” of a bikini set in order for you to have a mixed size set. The incorrect size bottom/ top will have to be returned to us at your cost The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Fave will not refund items that have been altered, damaged, repaired or show any signs of wearing.

What is important for delivery of my itemItems are delivered via courier so always make sure you postal code is correct and that the address you have provided has someone available to receive your order, should you not be available at the address given your order will be delayed but the courier will leave you a calling card to make arrangement for delivery.

How often is the store updatedFave have new items on a weekly basis, should you be unsure of a item shown as out of stock please contact us. Please also note if a item is out of stock and still on our store, new stocks should be arriving soon.

What happens if I am not happy with my item?Please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your item, refer also to our return policy and items need to send back to the P O Box provided.
What happens after my order has been placed?Upon completing and paying for your order, your friends at Fave spring into action and immediately begin processing your order. One employee reviews the details of your order, checking for anything that might delay processing, while another speeds off to place your order with the manufactures and check stock. Meanwhile, an email confirmation of your order will have already arrived in your inbox. Even though our suppliers are all trusted manufacturers of quality items, we don’t take any chances with your specific order. All products go through an quality checking procedure.
What does bank verification mean?Once you have placed your order we verify banking details with the respective bank, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received confirmation from the bank and you will be contacted, the reason for this is due to the amount of online fraud we protect our customers and ourselves to comply with online e-commerce requirements
How does EFT work?You will be provided with the bank account details at the time of check-out, you have two days to make payment otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled and we can no longer guarantee that the items will be in stock, you will need to send proof of payment and order number as reference, once the bank confirmation has been received we will dispatch your items
What happens if I need delivery but I live in an outline areaWe suggest you use a p o box code for delivery as no additional fee will be charged, if you are in a outline area and you would like courier delivery to your door, this will cost you an additional R99 to get your item to your home address
What does free size meanFree size is an indication of fit, the item has stretch fit and may stretch up to a certain size limit, most categories will have a size fit range for you to choose from, you will need to look what normal size you buy and choose the size fit that is closes to your normal buying
Is the stock on the site available or pre-oderAll our items are in stock in South Africa and we only make an item available if its in stock in our warehouse, items sell out quickly so you could experience a item is in stock but another customer also has the item in the cart, you may send us an email to check if the item is in stock but we can not guarantee that the item will be available when you wish to purchase
