  • Does Fave have a physical store
    Sorry no we are only an online retail store and do not have a showroom available for viewing
  • What is important for delivery of my item
    Items are delivered via courier so always make sure you postal code is correct and that the address you have provided has someone available to receive your order, should you not be available at the address given your order will be delayed but the courier will leave you a calling card to make arrangement for delivery.
  • I can not add a item to my cart
    Our system will not allow you to add an item to cart if the item is currently not in stock. Please look at the top of the item description to see if the item is available
  • How often is the store updated
    Fave have new items on a weekly basis, should you be unsure of a item shown as out of stock please contact us. Please also note if a item is out of stock and still on our store, new stocks should be arriving soon.
  • How do I track my item once dispatched

  • I live in a outbound area and have a post office, can you deliver to post office
    Yes, this is the recommended delivery should you live in an outbound area, a notification will be sent to you for collection at your post office
  • What do I receive if I sign up for newsletters?
    You get to find out first about our latest arrivals, sales and new ranges,  the news goes out once a month – Don’t miss out on that great item! We will not send you e-mails unnecessary
  • Is your site safe?
    We have partnered with cybertrust to provide secure online shopping – so don’t worry your information will not be used for anything other than buying items and sending news when necessary! You may also read our Privacy Policy
  • I live in a outbound area how do I receive my item
    Should you not live in a central area for delivery our suggestion is to use your home address, a notification will be sent to you via your closest post office for your collection
  • What happens if I am not happy with my item?
    Please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your item, refer also to our return policy and items need to send back to the P O Box provided.
  • What happens after my order has been placed?
    Upon completing and paying for your order, your friends at Fave spring into action and immediately begin processing your order. One employee reviews the details of your order, checking for anything that might delay processing, while another speeds off to place your order with the manufactures and check stock. Meanwhile, an email confirmation of your order will have already arrived in your inbox. Even though our suppliers are all trusted manufacturers of quality items, we don’t take any chances with your specific order. All products go through an quality checking procedure.
  • What does bank verification mean?
    Once you have placed your order we verify banking details with the respective bank, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received confirmation from the bank and you will be contacted, the reason for this is due to the amount of online fraud we protect our customers and ourselves to comply with online e-commerce requirements
  • How does EFT work?
    You will be provided with the bank account details at the time of check-out, you have two days to make payment otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled and we can no longer guarantee that the items will be in stock, you will need to send proof of payment and order number as reference, once the bank confirmation has been received we will dispatch your items
  • What happens if I need delivery but I live in an outline area
    We suggest you use a p o box code for delivery as no additional fee will be charged, if you are in a outline area and you would like courier delivery to your door, this will cost you an additional R99 to get your item to your home address
  • What does free size mean
    Free size is an indication of fit, the item has stretch fit and may stretch up to a certain size limit, most categories will have a size fit range for you to choose from, you will need to look what normal size you buy and choose the size fit that is closes to your normal buying
  • Is the stock on the site available or pre-oder
    All our items are in stock in South Africa and we only make an item available if its in stock in our warehouse, items sell out quickly so you could experience a item is in stock but another customer also has the item in the cart, you may send us an email to check if the item is in stock but we can not guarantee that the item will be available when you wish to purchase
